All products are shipped from our facility in Canada. Please be advised that we cannot ship any merchandise to PO Box addresses. Free shipping is only available for Canadian Provinces. Currently we do not provide international (outside of Canada) shipping. 

 

Most Items shipping will be arranged within 24 hours. We reserve the right to use any courier and this will be dependent on your shipping zone.

In the event that a shipment gets returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with getting the package back to them. If the customer refuses a refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee to cover shipping/labor to restock the package.

We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package where we cannot economically ship an item to. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. We can ship to most parts of Canada except the Territories and extremely rural areas.

If an item is lost or damaged when you receive it, please contact with us as soon as possible. We will issue a claim for you and ship you out a replacement item. The delivery timeframe can't be guaranteed. We are no responsible for late shipment which most likely due to billing address not matching in your order, suspected fraud or environmental events out of our control.

Delivery to a major city in Ontario / Quebec : 2-3 business days
East Coast : 3 - 4 business days (Add 1 - 2 days for rural areas).
Out West, to Alberta : 3 - 4 business days. (Add 1 - 2 days for rural locations)
Out West to British Columbia : 4 - 5 business days (Add 1 - 2 days for rural locations).
